Pete Terry of the Los Angeles (A) Angels of Anaheim has officially confirmed reports that he will retire at the end of the season.

In his 1990-game career Terry has hit .329 with 2470 hits, 239 home runs, and 1014 RBIs and has scored 1228 runs.
Friday, October 11th, 2019: Beck Fires Shutout in White Sox Win
In an impressive mound performance, Mike Beck of the Chicago (A) White Sox checked the Los Angeles (A) Angels of Anaheim on a 4-hitter and held them scoreless.

"He was getting ahead of us and keeping the ball off the plate," according to the Los Angeles (A) manager.

"Beck kept us confused the whole game."

The Chicago (A) hurler rang up 4 strikeouts and issued 1 walk in his 4-0 shutout victory.

In 28 starts this year Beck has posted 16 wins while suffering 7 losses. He has pitched 218.2 innings, allowed 178 hits, and struck out 162, and he has a 2.43 ERA.
Friday, October 4th, 2019: Noe McCafferty Wins 2019 AL Batting Crown
Angels of Anaheim first baseman Noe McCafferty hit the cover off the ball all year long and today picked up the AL batting crown.

The 23-year-old McCafferty hit .365 with 27 home runs and 96 RBIs. He also delivered 206 hits, including 21 doubles and 5 triples, played in 150 games and scored 108 runs.
