Today at Trailer Park Chad Barker baffled Atlantic City batters on 5 hits en route to a 12-0 shutout.
"He was able to keep hitters off balance and got the ball down," said the Rednecks skipper about his starter's performance.
Barker had 3 strikeouts and 2 walks in the game.
So far in 2009 Barker has compiled a 6-9 record with a 3.65 ERA. |

Norm Gibson of the Waco Stampede blanked Rochester 4-0 on a 4-hit complete game shutout, striking out 2 batters and walking 1.
To this point in the season, Gibson shows a 5-2 record, 11 starts, 70.2 innings, 36 strikeouts and a 4.08 ERA.

Bennett Becker of the Thunder Bay Bombers was really in the zone as he mowed down the Rochester hitters 7-0 in a sterling mound performance.
"I'm feeling good overall," he said.
"I'm executing my pitches, I'm able to hit my spots and I'm getting outs in key situations."
Becker shut down the Rochester Rednecks, blanking them on 2 hits while registering 5 strikeouts and 1 walk.
