| Breaking News |  | Friday, October 18th, 2019: Thomas Bode Injured, Out of Lineup Thomas Bode of the Cleveland Indians could be headed for the disabled list after suffering a finger blister in a game against the Chicago (A) White Sox. He is expected to miss at least one week. The Cleveland second baseman was injured throwing the ball. Bode said, "Right now I am pretty sore and I don't feel very good at all."
This season Bode has banged out 169 hits in 498 at-bats for a .339 average with 26 home runs. He blanked them 10-0 on 2 hits, registering 2 strikeouts and 4 walks.

The Cleveland left fielder crushed three into the stands at Jacobs Field in a remarkable performance, propelling the Indians to a 6-3 win over Oakland.
He tagged 3 hits in 4 at-bats, drove in 3 runs and scored 3 times.
