Rumors circulating around town, say center fielder Bernardo Ayala is not happy at all playing in Mexico City and that the Fighting Cocks are actively shopping him around.

 | Saturday, September 13th, 2008: Lewis Sidelined for 6 Weeks
Dave Lewis of the Mexico City Fighting Cocks could be headed for the disabled list after suffering a fractured ulna in a game against the Stamford Smugglers. He is expected to miss at least 6 weeks. The Mexico City center fielder was injured making a defensive play. Lewis said, "Right now I am pretty sore and I don't feel very good at all."
During the 2008 season Lewis has hit .245 with 24 home runs and 69 RBIs. He has played in 139 games and scored 87 times.

 | Monday, September 8th, 2008: Lee Wins Aaron Player of the Week
It was announced today that Mexico City left fielder Daniel Lee snagged the Aaron Player of the Week Award for his outstanding play last week.
He posted a .464 batting average as he collected 13 hits, 4 home runs and 7 RBIs.
Thus far this season Lee has hit .278 with 34 home runs, 94 RBIs and scored 94 times.
