 | Saturday, June 29th, 2019: Sperling Guns Down Twins Cy Sperling of the Texas Rangers put the clamps on the opposition and held the Minnesota Twins scoreless in a 4-hit whitewash. "He's got some good stuff, but we should have done better than that," said the Minnesota skipper after the 1-0 loss. Sperling was on target most of the game and finished with 13 strikeouts and no walks. So far this season Sperling has a 12-4 record with a 1.91 ERA. |
