 | Monday, August 4th, 2008: Starr Injured, Day-to-Day Luke Starr, Snow Bears standout reliever, will be sidelined for a while due to a tender elbow. He was injured while throwing a pitch in yesterday's game against the Aces. Starr called it "a day-to-day thing" and said he hoped to be back in action soon. This season Starr has accumulated 2 saves, registered a 4.28 ERA and struck out 94 in 82 innings. He also has a 1-4 record in 15 relief appearances. |
