Tuesday, July 29th, 2008: Day-to-Day Injury Shelves Dunn
Las Vegas's star center fielder Jerry Dunn injured himself in a game against the Rochester Rednecks, prompting the team to list him as day-to-day. The doctors are reporting the injury as a concussion and the best medicine is a short period of rest. "Hopefully I don't get replaced by some hotshot wannabe," said Dunn with a smile as he talked to SION reporters.

This year Dunn has hit at a .288 clip with 108 hits, 18 home runs, 72 RBIs and 62 runs scored.
