 | Tuesday, July 29th, 2008: Rednecks and Smugglers Agree to Deal The Rochester Rednecks have parted ways with 34-year old minor league third baseman Armando Moreno, sending him to the Stamford Smugglers for a 2nd round draft pick. The Rednecks general manager confirmed the deal in an announcement this morning. So far this season, Moreno has recorded a .285 batting average with 112 hits, 15 home runs, 60 RBIs, 64 runs scored and a .369 OBP. |
