Sunday, May 4th, 2008: Brown Fashions Shutout Against Thunder Bay
Jim Brown of the Las Vegas Holy Rollers just toyed with the Thunder Bay Bombers today, blanking them 3-0. He was almost untouchable, baffling them on a 4-hit shutout with 1 strikeout and 6 walks.

"I'm sweating now because it's hot in here," Brown said in the clubhouse after the game. "But it didn't even feel like I was sweating out there."

One of his teammates said it was easy to play behind him today. "It was like he's just playing with the hitters and doing whatever he wanted to do."

In 2008 Brown has collected no saves in no relief appearances. He has also notched 25 strikeouts and 23 walks in 56 innings while registering a 3.86 ERA and a 3-4 won-lost record.
