 | Tuesday, October 8th, 2019: Chicago (A) Star Landrum Struggles with Injury Chicago (A) team officials speculated whether star right fielder Rollie Landrum would be scratched from today's ballgame after he suffered a damaged meniscus (knee) in yesterday's matchup with the Los Angeles (A) Angels of Anaheim. Landrum denied reports that he would miss a lot of time, but added that he would not risk further injury by playing. Landrum is batting at a .263 pace in 2019, picking up 15 hits in 57 at-bats with 2 home runs, 7 RBIs and 9 runs scored. |
