 | Thursday, September 12th, 2019: Anderson Misses Time with Day-to-Day Injury Rockies star left fielder Franco Anderson may be sitting it out a few days after he picked up an injury in yesterday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies. He sustained a damaged meniscus (knee) while making a defensive play. Anderson isn't expected to miss a lot of time. However, doctors want to be cautious. They said he would be day-to-day for about one week. Anderson is hitting .272 this year with 26 home runs and 88 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .326, 43 walks and scored 72 times. |
