 | Wednesday, September 4th, 2019: Philadelphia's Wilson Out 2 Weeks The Philadelphia Phillies will have to "make do" without Jake Wilson for 2 weeks. He suffered a dead arm syndrome while throwing a pitch in the game today against the Boston Red Sox. His teammates, understandably, were upset about losing the starting pitcher. "That's a real blow," one of them said. "But this team is resilient. We know how to deal with adversity." Wilson will miss 2 weeks.
In 2019 Wilson has a 13-8 record with a 2.94 ERA. | |
