 | Sunday, September 1st, 2019: Giants Hurler Named August's #1 Starter Daniel Linker has made fans throughout AHIBA take notice over the past month. No pitcher in the NL threw better in August, garnering him the Pitcher of the Month award today. In 6 starts Linker compiled a 1.81 ERA, putting up a 5-0 record, striking out 45 and tossing 44.2 innings. In 2019 thus far, Linker has tossed 206.1 innings in 31 starts, fanned 182 batters, walked 18 and put up a 2.40 ERA with 18 wins and 5 losses. |
