 | Sunday, September 1st, 2019: Fred Mills Named Best NL Batter in August August's NL Batter of the Month trophy was claimed by first baseman Fred Mills of the San Francisco Giants. Last month he compiled a .311 batting average with 8 home runs, 25 RBIs, 25 runs scored and a .405 on-base percentage. So far this season Mills has produced 131 hits in 447 at-bats for a .293 average with 21 home runs and getting on base at a .374 pace. His totals include 99 RBIs, 61 walks and 82 runs scored. He has played in 135 games. |
