 | Sunday, August 11th, 2019: Seattle's Del Greco Out 6 Weeks The Seattle Mariners were dealt a serious blow when the team learned that Robby Del Greco was likely to be out for 6 weeks after he injured himself colliding with a player at a base in today's game against the New York (A) Yankees. A round of tests by the team doctors revealed the injury to be a dislocated shoulder. Upon learning of their diagnosis, the Seattle manager told the press, "As you all know, we can't control injuries, they are a part of the game. We just have to do the best we can until Robby is back in action." In 112 games Del Greco is hitting .267 this season for the Mariners with 116 hits, 16 home runs, 46 RBIs, 80 walks, .380 OBP and has scored 76 runs . |
