 | Sunday, April 19th, 2009: Owls Lose Ritter for 2 Weeks Bob Ritter had to leave the Owls game against Honolulu after suffering blurred vision while being hit by a pitch. He will be out of the lineup at least 2 weeks. He told SION reporters, "I just felt a sharp pain when it happened. I knew there was something wrong." Looking at his 2009 season stats, Ritter has compiled a .306 batting average in 18 games with a .359 on-base percentage, while hitting 4 home runs and driving in 17 runs. |
