 | Thursday, August 1st, 2019: Hayden Wins Best Bat Trophy in July Thomas Hayden of Boston was a smashing success in July, winning the Best Batter Trophy in the NL. He rattled fences and pitchers as he banged out a .347 average and .484 on-base percentage. Hayden logged 33 hits in 95 at-bats, 11 home runs, 19 RBIs, 21 walks, and scored 21 times. This season Hayden is batting at a .270 clip with 27 home runs and 63 RBIs. He has played in 108 games and scored 65 times. |
